Production Plant and Process
We have develop the one of its kind product Booster through intense research and our state of –the- art technology at integrated, fully automatic , less with the German technology, SS 316 production plant based at Indore . We are legally authorized to use this technic and production process in India. At the beginning of the production process soya Oil is allowed to undergo a stainless Steel Reactors for remove the impurities to an extent. Semi purified oil is now passes through world class SS-316 Reactors where Oil is agitated and entire toxic material from oil is extracted out. At all level during the purification process, an onsite laboratory tests go on in our own well equipped laboratory to ensure desired results of TOTAL REMOVAL OF IMPURITIES, Toxic material like Wax, seponifiables, Peroxide, Moisture, are obtained. In next process Booster gets ready with all essential Organic fatty acids and nutrients .Finally, purified oil is collected in vessels from where the Oil carriers are filled for further deliveries to end users.
